Recent Successes

Faizel has close relationships with the leading dealer groups in Canada. It’s a solid network that has netted ASI many successful transactions in the last year, with more set to close in 2015. He has worked with both vendors and purchasers, buying and selling dealerships including BMW, MINI, Rolls Royce, Audi, VW, Nissan, Honda, Toyota, KIA, Jaguar/Land Rover, Volvo, Chrysler and Hyundai.

Our Clients

We’ve helped our clients draft Letters of Intent, offered advice on Purchase Agreements, helped with asset valuation and verification, assisted with inventory counts, resolved valuation issues, and were there for closings to help with last minute items. In one situation, we even helped the vendor by completely restating their Fixed Asset Schedules to reflect assets still in use, but already fully expensed.
